This backing track has two sections:

1) a chillax groove in C Major ( CM9 Dm11 )

2) slightly heavier groove in A Minor ( Am F6 CM7 G7 - Am F6 Dm7 G7 )

Over both sections you can play the notes in the key of C Major ( C, D, E, F, G, A, B ).

A fretboard guide is displayed on screen alternating between note names and scale degrees.

C Major / A Minor pentatonic scales are another option.
